Oral Presentation preparation

• All scientific (abstract) presentations will be 20 min long (15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
• Submit your PowerPoint presentation to the AV crew at least one hour before your session
• There is no IWBI template for the presentation PPT

Posters

• Only printed posters will be accepted; there will be no access to display monitors
• Poster dimensions: A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm), vertical (portrait) orientation
• Each poster is assigned a display number, listed in the IWBI program
• Posters assigned to the Monday poster discussion session can be hung starting Sunday afternoon and need to be hung by the morning coffee break on Monday so that they can be considered for the Best Poster Award of that session. Monday posters need to be taken down immediately after the poster discussion session.
• Posters assigned to the Tuesday poster discussion session can be hung starting Tuesday early morning and need to be hung by the morning coffee break on Tuesday so that they can be considered for the Best Poster Award of that session
• The presenting author of the poster needs to be available for presenting and discussing their poster throughout the assigned poster discussion session
• There is no IWBI template for the posters
